My story is not uncommon. As a child, teenager and young woman I was active, fit and thin; able to eat whatever I wanted. As I approached middle adulthood, my metabolism slowed, I had two pregnancies, and some basic life stress. I decided to commit to working on my health and diet with Dr. Riedel.

With Dr. Riedel’s compassionate but firm encouragement, I began to steadily lose weight. Five weeks into the program, I was sleeping better than I had been in a long time and experienced boundless energy. Now 45+ pounds lighter I feel amazing and everyone tells me that I look amazing too.
