Rae Riedel, DC, CCN, MSP

Dr Rae Riedel of Denver Integral Health and Healing received her BS summa cum laude from Colorado State University, a Spiritual Psychology Master’s from University of Santa Monica in 2010, and her DC magna cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1989.

She completed post-graduate training in Homeopathy and Applied Clinical Medicine. In addition, she is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Transformational Life Coach. She has owned and operated Genesis Chiropractic for 24 years. Genesis Chiropractic is now part of Integral Health and Healing – a comprehensive holistic wellness center.

Using spinal and extremity adjustments, manual muscle testing, functional medicine, and clinical nutrition, Dr. Rae Riedel combines experience and expertise that allows each patient to receive treatment that is specifically tailored to his or her individual needs.

Acupuncturist – Randy Bimestefer, LAc

By combining the holistic Chinese medical model with Western cutting edge science and research, Randy provides a unique synthesis of old and new in order to empower patients to achieve better health. Randy has cultivated his ability to inform and enroll patients in their own health care.

He understands the strengths and weaknesses of the medical options presently available and believes that the wise physician uses that which works and helps patients to talk to their doctors in order to receive the best available treatment for achieving optimum results.

Randy also teaches Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at his alma mater, CSTCM (The Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine) from which he graduated in 1992.

Massage Therapist – Roann Riedel, CMT

Roann is a native of Colorado born and raised near Denver University, and attended High School at South High in the Washington Park neighborhood.

Roann received her training at the Colorado Massage Therapy Institute and in 1990 was awarded her Certification in Integrative Massage Techniques from the Florida School of Massage. Roann owns and operates Genesis Massage Therapy and has over 24 years of experience in working with sports injuries, auto accident injuries, occupational overuse syndromes, and general musculoskeletal complaints.
